Web design process

We involve our clients every step until the design is finalized. A good working relationship with our designers is important to ensure they are creating a successful web site that will help your business grow.

Analysis

The first and most important step is developing a solid understanding of your company, your customers and your needs. What kind of information will the target audience be looking for on your site. It helps to find and create solutions that communicate the right messages and express your unique products or services and brand identity.

You will let us know the navigation links you would like (such as home, services, about us, contact, etc) and supply all text and/or product information to be included on your site. In addition, you may also supply material such as company logo, photos, etc...

Before the start the Draft design step, flowcharts are created which illustrate the navigational structure of your website.
At this step, you'll tell us sites you would like us to refer to, when designing your site, if you have any preference as to colors, style...

Draft design (prototype)

We create a general layout and design, arrange the visual elements to work together and make a draft design of your future website.

The draft includes the most important elements of the website (general design, logo, navigational menu, content placement, images placement,...).

We establish a private directory for your new website on our testing server so that you may view the draft design of your homepage and one internal page.

We discuss the designs with you, listen your feedback and comments, refine until the general design fits to your expectations. Customer comments, feedback are communicated by e-mail.

Customer's approval (validation)

When the most appropriate design solution is found, all changes are freezed and we require the customer's approval of the web design.

We'll send an email to your with an address linking to an web design approval form. After receiving your approval, we can start the next step of the web design.

Final production of the design

Once the final desired look is achieved and when we have received your final approval for the web design, our web designers will take all of the individual graphic elements from the prototype and use them to create the actual, functional site, they will create all interior page layouts, convert the design to HTML, work on all css and add all programming to your website. They also take your static content and distribute it throughout the site, in the appropriate areas.
